I’M ELIZABETH,
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and founder of Well-Fed Mamas.
I support pregnant women in learning how to confidently nourish and care for their bodies in order to maximize energy, minimize common pregnancy symptoms, and help grow a healthy baby.
When I got pregnant with my first daughter in 2017, it naturally inspired me to do some extra research on prenatal nutrition.
I quickly realized there was a ton of important nutrition information that wasn’t being shared with mamas in typical prenatal care.
Now, after two pregnancies and multiple years of working in prenatal nutrition, I’m on a mission to help other mamas optimize their pregnancies through real foods and holistic wellness.
